4 Tips That Will Help You If You Struggle With Losing Weight

When you make the decision to lose weight you are exited and motivated.

You chose a diet that fits you and you plan to start your diet.

People who want to lose weight start motivated but if after a while there are no good results they quit the diet.

They move to another diet and hope that this new diet will bring them the results they want.

If this diet doesn’t fit either people give up and don’t know what to do anymore.

When you have tried everything to lose weight and nothing works you get in a state of desperation.

Losing weight doesn’t have to be a battle.

You don’t have to starve yourself – you don’t have to do exercises you don’t like

Here are 4 tips to make losing weight a pleasant experience

Tip 1

Do Not Weigh Yourself To Often

Many people weigh them selves to often during their weight loss process. Some weigh daily.

Do not weigh yourself every day !

During the weight loss process you bodyweight goes a wave.

If you follow that bodyweight wave every day, you get easily demotivated.

This is not what you want!

Losing weight should be a fun experience.

Just weigh yourself one time a week.

Because then you will see a beautiful, motivating progress.

Tip 2

Keep eating good food

You don’t have to eat just bare lettuce if you want to lose weight.

You can still eat, that is no problem but it is important that you chose the right nutrients to eat.

That is the most important. And believe me, you can have delicious pasta dishes to eat (but without pasta) or delectable rice recipes (but without the rice) while your body loses fat. Eating good food and losing weight can go together at the same time.

Tip 3

Make sure you have sufficient movement 

Successful weight loss consists of 70% of the right food to eat, and 30% from exercise. A minimum of 30 minutes per day is important for a healthy and slim body. If you are going to move, choose a sport or activity that you really like. If you find the gym terrible, then do not go there. There are so many different types of sports and activities, that there really is one that you like.

Tip 4: 

Don’t Underestimate the importance of relaxation

We are busy with work, busy with family, busy with our social life and we have anything and everything. Meanwhile, ‘play’ enough. We make enough fun of it and catch little moments for ourselves, which we really relax. Please ensure that you regularly relax and have enough sleep. That also contributes to the correct mindset to lose weight.
