Scientifically proven: Carbohydrates create Belly Fat

Scientifically proven:

Carbohydrates create belly fat

To a lot of processed foods carbohydrates are added such as grains, sugars, and potato starch.

These nutrients are added to products because they are cheap, strengthen the taste and often long lasting.

To nearly all ready-to-eat foods from parcels and bags sugar is added.

As a result, on average we get 20 sugar cubes more within than we think per day.

In addition, we eat a lot of carbohydrates in America.

Think about it: we have breakfast at Mc Donalds

and have lunch at Waffle House with bread and toppings

eating fries with our dinner late at night and in between often carbohydrate-rich snacks.

This causes the 2 main causes of belly fat:

1. The many carbohydrates that we eat can not immediately be used by our body as energy. Those excess carbohydrates are therefore converted into body fat.
If you constantly eat too many carbohydrates this will increase your amount of body fat

2. by all those added carbohydrates, a “substance” is blocked in your body that creates fat burning.
So the more carbohydrates you eat, the harder your body can fat burn.

In summary:
By avoiding carbohydrate-rich foods, such as potatoes, pasta, rice, bread, noodles and all the sugar that has been added, you avoid the storage of body fat and you stimulate its combustion.

If you want to lose belly fat, here is the right food you should eat to lose weight.

Fish, nuts, milk, tart cherries, oats and barley, green tea, eggs and blueberries.
